Meet Dr. Madison Kernick: Dentist in Burlington, NC
Dr. Kernick is an Air Force Veteran and North Carolina native. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and, like a true Tar Heel, stuck around for her DDS degree at the UNC Adams School of Dentistry. After graduating in 2019, she was commissioned as an officer in the United States Air Force and completed a 1 year AEGD residency at Joint Base Andrews. She then accepted a 3 year assignment to serve in northern California, followed by a 2 year tour in Germany where she was promoted to Major.
Dr. Kernick looks forward to moving back to her home state to serve her community. She prides herself in delivering quality patient centered care and transforming smiles, with a particular affinity for pediatrics. She is an avid lifelong learner, active with the Academy of General Dentistry working towards her Fellowship, and plans to join UNC Adams School of Dentistry as adjunct faculty. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and baking.
