We took our daughter there (age 2.5) for her first dental visit. From start to finish, the experience was wonderful. Friendly front desk staff which made check-in & check-out easy. Our hygienist welcomed us back with a friendly smile & informed us of what the appointment would be all about. Dr. Osborn came in within 5-10 minutes and started her visit right away. She made us all feel right at home & our daughter did great; thanks to the staff! We had NO waiting time which was great as well. I would highly recommend this office for anyone of all ages. This is an amazing dental practice! Modern, state-of-the-art facilities, wonderful front desk staff, helpful and friendly hygienists and dental assistants, and top-notch doctors. When I first moved to the area, I was going to a different dental practice, but after having a filling redone there and feeling like they weren’t using the most advanced dental medicine techniques, I decided to look elsewhere. Fuller is not in-network for my dental insurance, but they are worth every dollar. They have even worked relentlessly with me to help fix a problem that arose after I had a root canal last year. They call back to see how I’m doing and the one time I had an issue, they followed up immediately and took care of the problem. They are a pleasure to work with. I have full confidence that they are the best in Alamance County! If you’re looking for a dentist, look no further. I see Dr. Rawley IV, but have also seen Dr. Matsko (talk about a hoot – this guy is hilarious!) and Dr. Osborn (very kind, compassionate woman). I highly recommend all of them!
